Any easy way to replace the neo-glide wraps on a Sonny's Spider Wrap? They don't exactly slide off.

They should slide off... sometimes they are very hard to get off, I sprayed some WD40 on the C channel to loosen it up and used channellock's to rip them out... it can be timely!

Ripping them out seems like the way to go instead of sliding them out with WD-40 (which I have tried already), but I have heard that ripping them out of the C channel instead of sliding them out through the top will stretch the channel. Is that correct? It seems a bit of a stretch (pun intended), that the fabric could do that. If it doesn't then I will definitely do that.

We have always been able to slide the cloth out , but after a certain age we've never able to slide the neo-glide out. We've actually had to order new hubs in the past to accomplish a complete neoglide replacement.

Speaking of those hubs, inspect the predrilled holes in the hubs for wear and tear. We lost one before as it wore completely through at the bolt. It was messy.

Check out the attached hub pics.
