Hamilton offers excellent customer technical service.

Yesterday after a few botched attempts to program my Hamilton Gold Line Autocashier to accept tokennotes for my top wash package, I called Hamilton.

The tech I spoke to walked me through it precisely. He was patient while I made a few mistakes hitting the buttons and knew how to get me back to where I needed to be in the sequence.

Now I'm ready to begin marketing these as 'coupon books' for the upcoming holiday season.

I am glad to hear that you are able to get such great support from Hamilton. We are a distributor for Hamilton and have a few out there and never seem to have to fix them.
I am getting the opposite treatment from Unitec. We are also a distributor for Unitec. We have a site that has been running just fine with our POS 4000 loaner. We have sent the original in twice and still it is not fixed. My tech waited on the phone for a couple hours today for them to tell him it must be the registar (no POS comunication) even though the loaner is working just fine. I tried to call myself to find that they close at 1:00pm on Fridays. Normally I do not complain (on the forum anyway) but this is starting to get me upset.
