Car wash controls Temperature Controllers
Guy's
Can you think of any other features that should be add to this device?
Advance Multi-zone Temperature Controller
This Temperature Controller will replace up to 8 separate devices with different set points. This small device will control floor heat, antifreeze bubble brush, auto-doors, heaters, fans, etc. This controller will also monitor two temperature zones, both inside and outside the car wash. Cost less than any Digital system on the market.
Push button controls
Lighted display
Up to 8 amp relays
Internal clocks

Will you have analog temp input? If so, I guess you will you be pulsing your weep? Looks like it has four outputs?
We purge our tunnel lines here with methanol when it's going to be a hard freeze overnight. With all those inputs, you might as well add some out-of-the-box time based logic to a couple of the outputs. Like if temps are freezing and there is voltage on input 7, turn on output 4 for 30 seconds, then off for a couple of minutes, then repeat cycle once. It could be used for blowdown of the lines in freezing weather. The purchaser could just use little jumpers to set various time based programs. Just an idea....
You also might as well build a methanol foam brush changeover program into it while you're at it. When temp drops, switch over a solenoid to methanol-based chemical and purge the lines of the old stuff. Switch back when temps rise.
Greg,
Thanks for your input:) The features
that you desribed are built into the controller as delivered today. Yes there are two analog temperature sensors, one for the inside and one for the outside. Also the picture is an old model, the new one has eight outputs.
