Extreme CarWash - ATL - Video
Thanks goes to Judd Hughes for allowing this video. Extreme is a ground up on a corner lot in Atlanta. It has Tommy Wash equipment and a basement equipment room. They have (i think) 24 vac stations with stand alone vacs from IDM (http://www.idmmfg.com) - Judd is a regular around here so I am sure he can answer any questions you might have. I wish I had a pic of the wall on the back side of the property it has to be 20 feet high.

Wow. What a wash. Quite an investment in equipment in that tunnel. I've never seen a top brush like that before. Is that Tommy's standard top brush?
Why are there seemingly 20+ Stainless lines running up the sides of 2 of the round arches? What are they all for?
Those are Hydraulic and chemical lines running up from the backroom to
the overhead ladder rack. Here are a few photos.

My equipment room is a basement, so all of those lines would ordinarily be overhead coming from an "at grade" equipment room.
If you are referring to the one with the tommy tunnel and red cloth mitter. That appears to be a Rexnord flattop belt. We use a different version here in Houston. Car pulls on like traditional conveyor, only difference is the surface is already moving when the car pulls on, like the belt at the airport. We have had one for the life of this carwash going on 4yrs. Shoot me an email to rprince@carismawash.com and I'll be happy to send you pictures, or you can go to the carisma wash website. www.carismawash.com
