Whose Talking
SS add on to Express
I have about 2 acres behind my wash that we own, and we are probably going to add a 3 or 4 bay SS with longer then normal bays, to allow for easy boat and watercraft washing. We have a lot of boats in the town with our lake recreation and the wash is located on the main road to the lake... Who is a good manufacture for SS equip?
One rep referred me to magic wand, and said each bay 50k for equip and structure, does that sound right?

Sounds awfully high to me, but that may be the going rate in your area. You usedtacould do it for $30,000 a bay here.
50K sounds cheap to me. But it depends on a number of things. One person's idea of a nice wash can be completely different from another. Last new construction I did I opened in 2003. Costs were climbing yearly quite a bit. Building materials were really moving up in price. but I haven't checked prices recently.
As far as SS equipment I haven't closely looked at the difference in mfgs lately. Look for a stainless pump frame name brand (not proprietary) components and easy access for service. I would also stay away from the cutting edge stuff to keep everything simple.
Not anymore in our area unless you are a contractor and equipment rep.. The damn concrete is out of control!!!
