Grill washer side pressure

I recently installed a Sonny's grill washer. I'm trying to reduce the side pressure so it will stop folding in the sideview mirrors on most vehicles.. I have reduced the air pressure, and have also moved the shocks and air cylinders. If I move the shocks and air cylinders too much it does not catch the front of the vehicle very well. Any sudgestions?

I have two sets...no air for pressure...air for secondary arm retract...I would remove the top row of material and slow it down some and that will reduce mirror movement.

Danger! I had a vehicle somehow, go backwards through wash and bend primary shock, thus reducing the knucking back...did $8,000 in damage(5 cars) before we caught it. In spite of that one incident, I like how it cleans the front ends...no film left on chrome...a few bugs taken off...and it's one more brush for the wheels.

I have not had a chance to get to that location yet, but I appreciate the help. I also agree with you about the chrome on the front end.
