scratching rims on conveyor

We seem to be scratching rims driving cars into tunnel. Seems to be happening where correlator meets conveyor on that edge. Guys are going to fast and not pulling over enough to right. Low profile 22" BMW rims and larger rims are the problem. Anyway, there has got to be a way to remedy this situation. I have heard that some people actually bend there conveyor rail outward a little... Any thoughts or remedies you guys have done?

Mark, How old is your conveyor? I would recommend the Macneil yellow tubing which wraps around your conveyor (Driver Side). Macneil also has rollers which move when the car comes into contact where the correlator meets the conveyor. Hopefully, this will help.

Entry rails of the conveyor should form an inverted " V " and the outside rail should have UHMW plastic angle on it. That will stop the problem
