PDQ Access

I have 2 PDQ Access units, and have been experiencing problems since day one. You can read about some of them on my Yahoo group pdqgroup:

I am documenting all issues there for PDQ to address.

PDQ and my distributor, Harrell's, have finally decided to move forward and try to figure out what the problem is with my Access units. They are scheduling a site visit to evaluate the situation.

I know of one other wash close to me that has similar problems, although not quite as much as mine. I would like to hear from more people who have experience with these.

There should be better support from the dist. I think your trouble is with the dist. first. Then the manufacture.

Agreed- however, after gathering other opinions, I am starting to realize that PDQ is the problem. They seem to be testing new products on their customers- kind of leaves the distributor helpless at times.

Having said that, PDQ and my distributor are planning a trip to my site to evaluate the situation. We'll see what happens....
