Installing a door opener

My wash is in west central Missouri, very cold weather for about a month. My carwash faces the north and has floor heat, but I still get some ice build up on very cold days. I would like to install a door on the north end of my IBA. The problem is, I don't have enough room inside the bay to install it. Is there any doors out there that could be mounted on the outside of my building that looks okay, and would work even better. Needless to say, I am tired of removing ice.

We use Airlift Doors at our tunnels and automatics. They have many diffrent types of doors I would check with them.
We have had good luck with Airlift.

Air lifts are good controlers but they only work on doors intalled inside the building. Windstar makes a nice roll up door that can be installed outside the bay.
