New Car Wash Project - Beta Testers needed

Sounds Interesting, I'd be willing to be a beta tester

One initial question I have. Is it better for operators to pay a minimal fee per month per location or allow advertisers on the tool and it would be free? Free would be nice but would pay per use insure future growth and development better? I don't know if you will have enough users to make it attractive to advertisers.

I need a tool that sends text messages and emails for communicating maintenance, chemical usage/inventory, supplies needed, and maintains a data base for damage claims. A "to do" list would be great, if it kept reminding you to order parts or complete tasks.

Emergency Alerts: Have a tool that will send a text message to owner, office, maintenance staff,(one or all) for emergency situations: shut downs, major malfunctions, irrate customers. Situations that require someone at the site immediately.

For damages: an on line form that could be completed quickly by the attendant and customer on site. a copy could be printed for the customer, then emailed to owner or office. The same form will be used from cradle to grave on the iccident, then become part of a data base for that site, customer, and type of incident.

On chemicals: a twelve item spreadsheet could be created for mgrs to enter once each week, gallons of product available, number of vehicles washed the previous week.
It would compute costs per car washed or extra service, then be emailed to the office or operator. That would enable us to stay on top of inventory and usage by the week.

A separate check list for equipment performance. Could just be a word doc. that lists every piece of equipment on site and misc supplies like toilet paper and receipt paper.

I, too, am late but let me have it.

This app will allow you to register and create location(s). When you have a damage claim you or your manager can enter it into the application. You can upload images to the claim. As the claim progresses, estimates etc you can add notes and more images to the claim.

Its a beta app, there are plenty of things we would like to add reports, pdf printing, manager logins for each location etc. I wanted to get this beta app out so we could see the interest and judge if we should put additional time and resources into this project.

So, your involvement will determine how this project progresses.
