Road Tar Removal?

What do you use for removing road tar? I mean the really hard old stuff, not the fresh tar that can easily smear.

Use a good solvent based general purpose cleaner. Usually these can be found by any supplier of automotive reconditioning products. Check your yellow pages for a supplier.
