Covering over Vac Island

We have a problem getting the green mildew stain off our coverings (yellow and green). We have tried all the common stuff including PC-1 and pressure washing. Can anyone give us help.

Bleach should make quick work of it, but you should test it to make sure it won't remove the yellow and green.

Thanks for the help, we tried a small area with no effect. Any other ideas.
