Here is a good one for all of you. Had an older gentlemen come through the wash today. As he entered my first mitter curtain he rolls down his window accidentally. He ended up getting covered in soap and then rolled the window up with the mitter cloth caught in it. Instead of the cloth ripping away it procceded to shatter his window. I have never in my 12 years had any thing like this happen. I just stood there with a I can't believe this look on my face. Fortanatly the gentlemen was alright just really shaken. Just when you think you have seen it all something new pops up!

I'm always amazed at those motorists that cannot operate windows, door locks, the gearshift, etc. What gives? Customers routinely will roll down thier window as the wash is applying presoak to ask me a question if I am watching the equipment in action. I tell them:"roll your window up!". Several times they have narrowly missed being spritzed with step 1.

We have a greenlatern tunnel close by. Every time I went thru it the young men pressure washing the wheels and such would love to yell at you. Left Right Neutral,,,,,enticeing you to roll down your window to see what they are yelling about. I always meant to tell the owner what a diservice this is to his customers.
I would suggest that any owner that has workers like this should disquise themselve regularly and drive thru their wash in a strange car and see how their umployees are acting :)
