If you are proud of your website, post it here. It would be a good learning experience for us all.

Mine has too long of a name...it's been good for recruiting...minimal prepaids...I like the maplinks.

Ben Alford and Bobby Paisner have two of the best sites out there.

I would be interested to know what route everyone took in developing their websites. Did you hire a local company, a larger company, did you do it yourself? Also, how many of you maintain your own sites with updates etc?

I like carbuffs and pointeautowash's comment pages...that's good customer service.

I'm lucky to have a web developer son (talkcarwash webmaster) but unlucky he's always buzy developing other/bigger/moneymaking projects. I think the larger the market, the more important these sites are. Small & medium markets people would still rather purchase on the phone or in person than on the web.

I have used my on-line applications for responses to classied help wanted with great response. It tends to bring in a younger applicant but at least that filters out some of the rif-raft that don't have a computer.

I don't know what I'd do without online ordering. I often get busy and work long, late hours, come home and browse and read for a while before I go to bed. It's great to be able to pull out my notepad and order the things I need, otherwise I'll forget tomorrow when I get a call and have to hurry to go out again. I still need to order a boom part, which I've been forgetting to do for about two weeks, something I can only do by phone.
