Is anyone having problems with square pieces on front and rear bumpers coming off on Mercedes and BMW's...I am having a lot come off? I think from the flex wraps...MacNeil.

Addjust the timing starting at the entrance eye. If the fold out is too soon there is more force applied than is needed to clean. Adjust the entrance eye to size the car longer delaying the unfold at the rear. Also do you have "License Bump"? It switches the pressure for one pulse at the front of the vehicle avoiding to much force at the license plate. We were pulling hitch covers out and bending some older wiper arms until I adjusted the eye.

Mark,

It is unusual that you would have that problem so often. In addition the the previous response, lubrication (soap) is a big piece of the puzzle. The part you are referring to is a knock out cover for the tow loop tie downs. It is meant to be somewhat easily removed by the driver if the vehicle needs to be transported properly.
The friction of the wrap is pulling the cover out. I like the idea of the "license bump".
Good luck
